Arkansas Woman Vet Receives Purple Heart

Spc. Michelle Donovan who was wounded in Iraq in 2007 received her Purple Heart on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Donovan was serving as a combat medic in the 875th Engineer Battalion of the Arkansas National Guard when she and four members of her team where injured by a roadside bomb. I feel so proud to see that our soldiers are showing great bravery working in other countries giving them full security. Even the female soldiers are seen to be showing extraordinary bravery in the war field.
